We believe that learning never ends and we are proud to provide both formal and informal learning opportunities for adults of all ages.
At the Museum of Bath Architecture we work closely with local higher education partners, Bath University and Bath Spa University, to provide valuable hands on learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students of history, heritage and architecture.
We also work with heritage educators further afield, hosting the Open Palaces programme annually for heritage students from around the world. Through lectures and guided tours, as well as through real life projects and work placements, students gain skills, confidence and experience to support future career choices.
We offer regular courses exploring the development of British architecture and also regular public lectures and walks / tours – check our what’s on page to check what’s happening and to book your place.
We also cater for specialist groups of all ages and are very happy to work with you to create a guided tour or talk that suits the needs of your group. If you would like to discuss this, please call the museum on 01225 333895 and ask to speak to Dr Amy Frost, Architectural Curator. You can also email Dr Frost at email@example.com.
Our Learning & Engagement Officer, Polly Andrews, can be contacted by calling 01225 338727 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
