Our Tours

Trust Tours

The Trust runs a series of  Tours, walks and talks every year as a benefit for our Members.

Tours are usually by private arrangement and therefore give Members access to grand houses and residences often not open to the public.

In 2012 Members visited Buckland House,  Aynhoe Park,  Broadlands and Mottisfont Abbey, and Hughenden Abbey.

Tours are normally oversubscribed and Members always enjoy the day out.  “Thank you for such a wonderful day – the crowning jewel was Hughenden Manor – and the warm sunshine made it a real pleasure to see both house and garden……”   We weren’t so lucky with the weather on our other visits in 2012, but as always our members made the most of their time and didn’t let the rain put them off!
