Before you Arrive
i. Wheelchairs / Mobility scooters
Wheelchair users are welcome.However, mobility scooters and larger electric wheelchairs are unable to be used in the building as the circulation routes are often too narrow. A wheelchair is available to borrow from the Museum.
Mobility scooters can be parked at the owner’s risk inside the railings on the paved area near the main entrance. The gate to access this area is 1100mm and the flagged pavement leading to the entrance door slopes at a gradient of 1:10.
ii. Assistance & Therapy Animals
All assistance and therapy animals are welcome. Puppies in training are welcome. A drinking bowl for dogs is provided.
iii. Carers
If you have a carer to help you, there is no admission charge for them.
Opening Times
The Museum of Bath Architecture will reopen by appointment from 17th May 2021.
